Warehousing and Shipping Costs

Windows that are made and then warehoused have two expensive components: storage costs and installation “closest fit” costs. Our windows are custom made for your home. Each one is measured by a professional to fit your opening within a fraction of an inch. These accurate measurements are important to the process  because they minimize the work necessary to get the window to fit perfectly in your home.

A Manufacturers’ Warranty

Not all warranties are created equal. Some are written to protect the consumer from a lemon, others merely shield the manufacturer from mistakes. Be wary of documents that seem one-sided. Read the tone of the language. Is the document listing what the manufacturer will or will not do for you? Does the product require certified installation?
